Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1; 1a; 1b; 1c; 1d; 1e) zur Herstellung eines aus einem amorphen oder teilamorphen Metall gebildeten Gussteils (36), die eine Gussteilform (3; 3a; 3b; 3c; 3d; 3e) mit mindestens einer Einfüllöffnung (16; 16a; 16b, 41; 16c: 16d; 16e) zum Einbringen eines das Gussteil (36) bildenden Gussmaterials (15; 15a; 15b; 15c; 15d; 15e) sowie eine Einrichtung zum Schmelzen des Gussmaterials (15; 15a; 15b; 15c; 15d; 15e) umfasst. Zweckmäßigerweise weist die Schmelzeinrichtung mindestens einen Bereich (13; 13; 13b; 40, 13c; 13d; 13e) auf, der zum Schmelzen des Gussmaterials (15; 15a; 15b; 15c; 15d; 15e) vorgesehen ist. Vorteilhaft wird eine Vorrichtung geschaffen, die eine besonders gezielte Einbringung von Schmelzenergie in das Gussmaterial ermöglicht. In einer Ausführungsform weist die Schmelzeinrichtung ein Mittel zur Ausbildung mindestens eines Lichtbogens (30; 30a, 39) in dem mindestens einen Schmelzbereich (13; 13; 13b; 40, 13c; 13d; 13e) auf, das insbesondere mindestens zwei in Abstand voneinander angeordnete Elektroden (32; 32a, 38; 32b; 32c) umfasst, zwischen denen der mindestens eine Lichtbogen (30; 30a, 39) ausgebildet werden kann.

According to the invention, an apparatus is advantageously created which enables particularly precise introduction of melt energy into the casting material. In one embodiment, the melting device has means for forming at least one electric arc (30; 30a, 39) in the at least one melting region (13; 13; 13b; 40, 13c; 13d; 13e), which particularly comprises at least two electrodes arranged at a distance from each other (32; 32a, 38; 32b; 32c), between which the at least one electric arc (30; 30a, 39) can be formed.

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1; 1a; 1b; 1c; 1d; 1e) de fabrication d'une pièce coulée (36) réalisée à partir d'un métal amorphe ou partiellement amorphe, qui comprend un moule de coulée (3; 3a; 3b; 3c; 3d; 3e) pourvu d'au moins une ouverture de remplissage (16; 16a; 16b, 41; 16c; 16d; 16e) permettant l'introduction d'un matériau de coulée (15; 15a; 15b; 15c; 15d; 15e) servant à réaliser la pièce coulée (36) ainsi qu'un équipement destiné à mettre en fusion le matériau de coulée (15; 15a; 15b; 15c; 15d; 15e). À cet égard, l'équipement de fusion comporte au moins une zone (13; 13a; 13b; 40, 13c; 13d; 13e) qui sert à mettre en fusion le matériau de coulée (15; 15a; 15b; 15c; 15d; 15e). On obtient ainsi de manière avantageuse un dispositif qui permet l'apport particulièrement ciblé d'énergie de fusion au matériau de coulée. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'équipement de fusion comporte dans la ou les zones de fusion (13; 13a; 13b; 40, 13c; 13d; 13e) un moyen de formation d'au moins un arc électrique (30; 30a, 39) qui comprend en particulier au moins deux électrodes (32; 32a, 38; 32b; 32c) agencées à une certaine distance l'une de l'autre, entre lesquelles l'arc ou les arcs électriques (30; 30a, 39) peuvent être formés.
