Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Methylmethacrylat durch direkte oxidative Veresterung von Methacroleinmit gegenüber dem Stand der Technik erhöhten Ausbeuten. Methylmethacrylat wird in großen Mengen zur Herstellung von Polymeren und Copolymeren mit anderen polymerisierbaren Verbindungen eingesetzt. Weiterhin ist Methylmethacrylat ein wichtiger Baustein fürdiverse, auf Methacrylsäure (MAS) basierenden Spezialester, die durch Umesterung mit dem entsprechenden Alkohol hergestellt werden können. Hieraus ergibt sich ein großes Interesse an möglichst einfachen, wirtschaftlichen und umweltschonenden Herstellungsverfahren für diesen Ausgangsstoff. Insbesondere betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine optimierte Aufarbeitung des Reaktoraustrags der oxidativen Veresterung von Methacrolein, mittels der spezifische Nebenprodukte isoliert und anschließend zusätzlich zu Alkylmethacrylaten, insbesondere zu MMA umgesetzt werden können.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for preparing methyl methacrylate by direct oxidative esterification of methacrolein in high yields compared to the prior art. Methyl methacrylate is used in large quantities for preparing polymers and copolymers, together with other polymerizable compounds. In addition, methyl methacrylate is an important constituent for a variety of specialty esters based on methacrylic acid (MAA) which can be prepared by transesterification with the corresponding alcohol. There is consequently a great interest in very simple, economic and environmentally friendly processes for preparing this starting material. In particular, the present invention relates to an optimized re-processing of the reactor discharge of the oxidative esterification of methacrolein by means of which process specific byproducts can be isolated and can then additionally be converted to alkyl methacrylates, in particular MMA.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de méthacrylate de méthyle par estérification oxydative directe de méthacroléine offrant des rendements accrus par rapport à l'état de la technique. Le méthacrylate de méthyle est utilisé en grandes quantités pour la préparation de polymères et de copolymères avec d'autres composés polymérisables. En outre, le méthacrylate de méthyle est un élément important pour divers esters particuliers à base d'acide méthacrylique (MAS), qui peuvent être préparés par transestérification avec l'alcool correspondant. Il en résulte un grand intérêt pour des procédés de préparation de cette matière de départ aussi simples, économiques et écologiques que possible. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un traitement post-réactionnel optimisé du produit de l'estérification oxydante de la méthacroléine, au moyen duquel des sous-produits spécifiques peuvent être isolés puis peuvent en outre être convertis en méthacrylate d'alkyle, en particulier en MMA.
