Abstract:
(EN) A method of electroforming a hollow needle with a side-hole, the method comprises providing a radially extendable needle mould (100) with a protruding side-hole forming structure (108) and a metal seed layer (150), wherein the metal seed layer is deposited on a needle forming surface (106) with the exception of a side-hole forming surface (110) at the side-hole forming position. The method further comprises electroforming a metal and providing an electroformed metal needle layer (160) on the deposited metal seed layer (150), whereby the electroformed metal needle layer (160) provides a needle layer wall structure (162) surrounding an inner lumen (164), and whereby a side-hole (166) is formed in the wall structure (162) at a side-hole forming position. The method further comprises extending the radially extendable needle mould (100) and thereby releasing the electroformed metal needle layer (160) from the needle mould (100), wherein the electroformed metal needle-layer (160) comprises a body portion (176), wherein the body portion (176) is a body portion of the hollow needle (170) with the side-hole (172).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'électroformage d'une aiguille creuse pourvue d'un trou latéral, le procédé consistant à utiliser un moule d'aiguille radialement extensible (100) présentant une structure de formation de trou latéral en saillie (108) et une couche de germe métallique (150), la couche de germe métallique étant déposée sur une surface de formation d'aiguille (106) à l'exception d'une surface de formation de trou latéral (110) au niveau de la position de formation de trou latéral. Le procédé comprend en outre l'électroformage d'un métal et la réalisation d'une couche d'aiguille métallique électroformée (160) sur la couche de germe métallique déposée (150), la couche d'aiguille métallique électroformée (160) fournissant une structure de paroi de couche d'aiguille (162) entourant une lumière interne (164) et un trou latéral (166) étant ainsi formé dans la structure de paroi (162) au niveau d'une position de formation de trou latéral. Le procédé comprend en outre l'extension du moule d'aiguille radialement extensible (100) et ainsi la libération de la couche d'aiguille métallique électroformée (160) du moule d'aiguille (100), la couche d'aiguille métallique électroformée (160) comprenant une partie de corps (176), la partie de corps (176) étant une partie de corps de l'aiguille creuse (170) pourvue du trou latéral (172).
