Abstract:
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zur additiven Herstellung einer Struktur (10, 10'), insbesondere durch ein Pulverbett-Verfahren angegeben. Das Verfahren umfasst schichtweise, a), das Auftragen einer Schicht (S) eines, insbesondere pulverförmigen, Grundmaterials (P) auf eine Herstellungsfläche (HF), b), das additive Aufbauen der Struktur durch selektives Bestrahlen der aufgetragenen Schicht gemäß einer vorbestimmten Strukturgeometrie, wobei innerhalb eines Querschnitts der Struktur (10, 10') ein Bereich (B1, B2, 204) von der Bestrahlung freigelassen wird, in welchem während des additiven Aufbaus der Struktur (10) ein Kühlmittel (210) geführt wird, um die Schicht bzw. die aufgebaute Struktur zu kühlen. Weiterhin wird ein entsprechend hergestelltes Bauteil sowie eine entsprechende Vorrichtung angegeben.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for the additive manufacturing of a structure (10, 10'), in particular by a powder bed method. The method comprises, layer by layer, a) applying a layer (S) of a base material (P), in particular a pulverous base material, to a manufacturing surface (HF), b) additively constructing the structure by selectively irradiating the applied layer in accordance with a predefined structure geometry, a region (B1, B2, 204) within a cross-section of the structure (10, 10') being excluded from the irradiation, in which region a coolant (210) is conducted during the additive construction of the structure (10) in order to cool the layer or the constructed structure. The invention further relates to a correspondingly manufactured component and to a corresponding device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication additive d'une structure (10, 10'), notamment par un procédé sur lit de poudre. Le procédé comprend, couche par couche : a) l'application d'une couche (S) d'un matériau de base (P), notamment poudreux, sur une surface de fabrication (HF), b) la construction additive de la structure par irradiation sélective de la couche appliquée conformément à une géométrie de structure prédéterminée. Une zone (B1, B2, 204) à l'intérieur d'une section transversale de la structure (10, 10') n'est pas exposée à l'irradiation et dans celle-ci est conduit un réfrigérant (210) pendant la construction additive de la structure (10) afin de refroidir la couche ou la structure construite. L'invention concerne en outre un élément structural fabriqué de manière correspondante ainsi qu'un dispositif correspondant.
