Abstract:
(EN) A Control method for layerwise additive manufacturing of a component (10) is provided, the method comprising the following steps: - a) measuring a displacement (D) of an as-manufactured layer (L) of the component (10) during a build job in an additive manufacturing device (100), - b) determining an inherent strain of the layer (L) from the determined displacement (D), - c) calculating a residual stress and/or a distortion, based on the determined inherent strain of the layer and - d) adapting of a substrate temperature based on the calculated residual stress and/or the calculated distortion. Further, an according computer program product is provided and a control apparatus module being configured to carry out steps of the method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de commande pour la fabrication additive par couches d'un composant (10), le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - a) mesure d'un déplacement (D) d'une couche telle que fabriquée (L) du composant (10) pendant une tâche de construction dans un dispositif de fabrication additive (100), -b) détermination d'une contrainte inhérente de la couche (L) à partir du déplacement (D) déterminé, - c) calcul d'une contrainte résiduelle et/ou d'une distorsion, sur la base de la contrainte inhérente déterminée de la couche et - d) adaptation d'une température de substrat sur la base de la contrainte résiduelle calculée et/ou de la distorsion calculée. L'invention concerne en outre un produit programme d'ordinateur correspondant et un module d'appareil de commande configuré pour mettre en œuvre des étapes du procédé.
