Disclosed in the present invention are a supported catalyst and a preparation method therefor, and an air purification composite material having same. The supported catalyst comprises an active component, a catalyst carrier, and an activating agent for activating VOC. During preparation, a mixture of the active component, the catalyst carrier, the activating agent, and a pore-forming agent is heated, wherein a heating temperature is higher than the boiling point of the pore-forming agent; the prepared supported catalyst is used as a VOC catalyst elimination layer, and a core high-efficient filter layer, an intermediate-efficient filter layer, a coarse-efficient filter layer, an antibacterial retardant layer and a skeleton layer are stacked to form the air purification composite material. According to the supported catalyst material provided by the present invention, the apparent specific gravity is 0.1-2.0 g/ml, and the specific surface area is 200-1500 m2/g. The material has not only a high VOC enrichment capacity, but also a good aerodynamic mobility. The absorption amount and processing capability for VOC such as formaldehyde in the air are improved when air flows quickly, a multi-layer filter material is superimposed, and an extremely high intercepting efficiency is achieved.

La présente invention concerne un catalyseur supporté et son procédé de préparation, et un matériau composite de purification d'air le comprenant. Le catalyseur supporté comprend un composant actif, un support de catalyseur et un agent d'activation pour activer les VOCs. Pendant la préparation, un mélange du composant actif, du support de catalyseur, de l'agent d'activation et d'un agent porogène est chauffé, une température de chauffage étant supérieure au point d'ébullition de l'agent porogène; le catalyseur supporté préparé est utilisé en tant que couche d'élimination de catalyseur de VOC, et une couche filtrante à efficacité élevée centrale, une couche filtrante à efficacité intermédiaire, une couche filtrante à efficacité grossière, une couche d'agent antibactérien et une couche de squelette sont empilées pour former le matériau composite de purification d'air. 本发明公开了一种负载型催化剂及其制备方法及含有其的空气净化复合材料,负载型催化剂包括活性组分、催化剂载体和对VOC进行活化的活化剂;制备时,将活性组分、催化剂载体、活化剂和成孔剂的混合物加热,其中,加热温度为成孔剂沸点以上;将制备得到的负载型催化剂作为VOC催化消解层,并堆叠核心高效过滤层、中效过滤层、粗效过滤层和抗菌阻燃层及骨架层形成空气净化复合材料;本发明提供的负载型催化剂材料,假比重为0.1~2.0g/mL、比表面积为200~1500m 2/g,既具有较高的VOC富集能力,又具有较好的空气动力学通过性,在空气快速流动的情况下能提高空气中VOC如甲醛的吸附量和处理,采用多层过滤材料进行叠加,可以达到极高的拦截效率。
