Abstract:
(EN) The present invention discloses a three-degree-of-freedom bearingless switch reluctance motor excited by a constant current source, comprising a rotor and a stator, wherein the rotor comprises a rotary shaft and a rotor core, and a plurality of rotor teeth are uniformly arranged on the outer circumference of the rotor core; the stator comprises a stator core, a magnetic isolation ring, an axial suspension winding and a guide magnetic ring, which are sequentially connected with each other, as well as an axial control core and a circular constant current source winding symmetrically arranged on both sides of the stator core, wherein the outer edge of the axial control core is connected with the guide magnetic ring, and the inner edge thereof extends toward the rotor core; the stator core and the magnetic isolation ring is both composed of an axial part and a radial part, wherein the outer end of the radial part is connected with the inner wall of the axial part, the outer wall of the axial part of the stator core is attached to the inner wall of the axial part of the magnetic isolation ring, and the radial part of the magnetic isolation ring isolates the axial part of the stator core from the radial part of the stator core; a plurality of suspension teeth and torque teeth are arranged on the inner circumference of the radial part of the stator core, wherein a radial suspension wind and a torque winding are respectively wound on the suspension teeth and the torque teeth.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moteur à réluctance commutée sans palier à trois degrés de liberté excité par une source de courant constant comprenant un rotor et un stator, le rotor comprenant un arbre rotatif et un noyau de rotor, et une pluralité de dents de rotor étant agencée uniformément sur la circonférence externe du noyau de rotor; le stator comprenant un noyau de stator, un anneau d'isolation magnétique, un enroulement de suspension axial et un anneau magnétique de guidage, qui sont séquentiellement connectés les uns aux autres, ainsi qu'un noyau de commande axial et un enroulement de source de courant constant circulaire symétriquement agencés sur les deux côtés du noyau de stator, le bord externe du noyau de commande axial étant connecté à l'anneau magnétique de guidage, et son bord interne s'étendant en direction du noyau de rotor; le noyau de stator et l'anneau d'isolation magnétique sont tous deux composés d'une partie axiale et d'une partie radiale, l'extrémité externe de la partie radiale étant connectée à la paroi interne de la partie axiale, la paroi externe de la partie axiale du noyau de stator étant fixée à la paroi interne de la partie axiale de l'anneau d'isolation magnétique, et la partie radiale de l'anneau d'isolation magnétique isolant la partie axiale du noyau de stator de la partie radiale du noyau de stator; une pluralité de dents de suspension et de dents de couple sont agencées sur la circonférence interne de la partie radiale du noyau de stator, une bobine de suspension radiale et un enroulement de couple étant respectivement enroulés sur les dents de suspension et les dents de couple.
