Disclosed are a reliably connected implant pushing device (10) and an implant conveying system (100). The implant conveying system (100) comprises the implant pushing device (10), an expansion device (20), a loading device (30), a hemostasis device (40), and an outer sheath tube (50). The implant pushing device (10) comprises a pushing assembly (1000) and a handle assembly (2000) connected to a proximal end of the pushing assembly (1000). The pushing assembly (1000) comprises a pushing steel cable (1100), an inner core (1200) movably installed in the pushing steel cable (1100) in a penetrating manner, and a clamping member (1300) which is provided at a distal end of the inner core (1200) and detachably connected to a implant (200). The handle assembly (2000) comprises a handle (2100), an axial drive control mechanism (2300) provided on the handle (2100), and an elastic member (2500) connected to the axial drive control mechanism (2300). The compression or restoring of the elastic member (2500) drives the axial movement of the axial drive control mechanism (2300) so as to drive the axial relative movement between the pushing steel cable (1100) and the inner core (1200). With the reliable connection of the implant pushing device (10) and the implant (200), the implant (200) is prevented from being released before reaching a specified part, and the implant (200) can be released merely by means of a single-hand operation.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de poussée d'implant (10) connecté de manière fiable et un système de transport d'implant (100).
