The present disclosure is related to a microwave oven (10), and a method of operating a microwave oven (10). The microwave oven (10) includes: a housing (12); a rotating turntable assembly (34) disposed in a cooking cavity (14) of the housing (12); a probe (36) powered by the turntable assembly (34), where the probe (36) is configured to measure an environmental condition during a cooking cycle, where the probe (36) is configured to transmit a signal regarding the environmental condition; and a controller (40) disposed in the housing (12) and configured to: receive the signal regarding the environmental condition from the probe (36).

La présente invention concerne un four à micro-ondes (10) ainsi qu'un procédé de fonctionnement d'un four à micro-ondes (10). Le four à micro-ondes (10) comprend : un logement (12) ; un ensemble plateau tournant rotatif (34) disposé dans une cavité de cuisson (14) du logement (12) ; une sonde (36) alimentée par l'ensemble plateau tournant (34), la sonde (36) étant conçue pour mesurer une condition ambiante pendant un cycle de cuisson, la sonde (36) étant conçue pour transmettre un signal concernant la condition ambiante ; et un dispositif de commande (40) disposé dans le logement (12) et conçu pour : recevoir le signal concernant la condition ambiante en provenance de la sonde (36).
