Abstract

A method for preparing a flame-retardant, antibacterial, and waterborne polyurethane coating and adhesive, comprising: adding 0.05 g of dibutyltin dilaurate, 73 g of poly(tetramethylene ether)glycol, and 16 g of isocyanate to a 250 mL three-necked flask equipped with a stirrer, a condenser, and a thermometer, and carrying out a reaction at 70-90°C for 1-3 h to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer A; adding 3.1 g of a flame retardant A, 1.5 g of an antibacterial agent, and 16.7 g of a solvent acetone to the polyurethane prepolymer A, and carrying out a reaction at 60-90°C for 2-4 h, adding 6.7 g of triethylamine and carrying out a neutralization reaction for 90 min, adding 80-90 g of water and performing stirring and emulsification for 0.5 h , so as to obtain a flame-retardant, antibacterial, and waterborne polyurethane coating and adhesive. The material can be used for interior and exterior wall coatings, metal finishing and anti-corrosion coatings, paints for wood, and as a leather finishing agent.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un revêtement et d'un adhésif en polyuréthane ignifuges, antibactériens et à base aquzuse, comprenant : l'introduction de 0,05 g de dilaurate de dibutyltétain, 73 g de poly(tétraméthylène éther)glycol et 16 g d'isocyanate dans un ballon à trois cols de 250 ml pourvu d'un agitateur, d'un condenseur et d'un thermomètre et la mise en œuvre d'une réaction à 70-90 °C pendant 1-3 h pour obtenir un prépolymère de polyuréthane A ; l'ajout de 3,1 g d'un agent ignifugeant A, 1,5 g d'un agent antibactérien et 16,7 g d'un solvant acétone au prépolymère de polyuréthane A et la mise en œuvre d'une réaction à 60-90 °C pendant 2-4 h, l'ajout de 6,7 g de triéthylamine et la mise en œuvre d'une réaction de neutralisation pendant 90 min, l'ajout de 80-90 g d'eau et la mise en œuvre d'une agitation et d'une émulsification pendant 0,5 h, de manière à obtenir un revêtement et un adhésif en polyuréthane ignifuges, antibactériens et à base aqueuse. Le matériau peut être utilisé pour des revêtements muraux intérieurs et extérieurs, des revêtements de finissage de métaux et anti-corrosion, des peintures pour le bois et en tant qu'agent de finissage du cuir.

一种阻燃、抗菌性水性聚氨酯涂料和胶黏剂的制备方法,其制备方法为:在带有搅拌器、冷凝管、温度计的250mL三口瓶中加入二月桂酸二丁基锡为0.05g、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇73g与异氰酸酯16g,于70~90℃下反应1~3h,得到聚氨酯预聚体A;向聚氨酯预聚体A中加入的阻燃剂A为3.1g、抗菌剂1.5g和溶剂丙酮16.7g,于60~90℃条件下反应2~4h,加入6.7g三乙胺进行中和反应90min,加入水80~90g进行搅拌乳化0.5h,得到阻燃、抗菌性水性聚氨酯涂料和胶黏剂。该材料可用于内外墙涂料、金属涂饰和防腐、做木材的油漆及作为皮革涂饰剂。
