An ambient humidity control article used to control ambient humidity to be 55~68%, comprising: a substrate, having certain water absorbing properties; and a humidity control layer, coated on a surface of the substrate and formed by a humidity control composition, wherein each cubic centimeter of the substrate carries 0.54-0.74 g of humidity control composition, the humidity controlling composition comprises any one of citrate, lactate, and formate, and water, the citrate is at least one of sodium citrate, potassium citrate, and calcium citrate, the lactate is at least one of sodium lactate and potassium lactate, the formate is at least one of sodium formate and potassium formate, the range of mass percentage of the citrate is 33.3-84.2%, the range of mass percentage of the lactate is 33.3-84.2%, the range of mass percentage of the formate is 33.3-84.2%, and the range of total mass percentage of the citrate, the lactate, and the formate is 33.3-84.2%. The water absorbing properties of the substrate are such that the amount of water absorbed by each cubic centimeter of the substrate is not less than 0.5 g.

L'invention concerne un article de régulation de l'humidité ambiante utilisé pour réguler l'humidité ambiante à 55 à 68 %, comprenant : un substrat, ayant certaines propriétés d'absorption d'eau ; et une couche de régulation d'humidité, revêtue sur une surface du substrat et formée par une composition de régulation d'humidité, chaque centimètre cube du substrat contenant 0,54 à 0,74 g de composition de régulation de l'humidité, la composition de régulation de l'humidité comprenant l'un quelconque parmi le citrate, le lactate et le formiate, et de l'eau, le citrate étant au moins l'un parmi le citrate de sodium, le citrate de potassium et le citrate de calcium, le lactate étant au moins l'un parmi le lactate de sodium et le lactate de potassium, le formiate étant au moins l'un parmi le formiate de sodium et le formiate de potassium, la plage de pourcentage en masse du citrate étant de 33,3-84,2 %, la plage de pourcentage en masse du lactate est de 33,3-84,2 %, la plage de pourcentage en masse du formiate est de 33,3-84,2 %, et la plage du pourcentage massique total du citrate, du lactate et du formiate est de 33,3-84,2 %. Les propriétés d'absorption d'eau du substrat sont telles que la quantité d'eau absorbée par chaque centimètre cube du substrat n'est pas inférieure à 0,5 g.
