Provided is an LED light source manufacturing method. The method comprises: preparing fluorescent glue: mixing red fluorescent powder, green fluorescent powder and yellow-green fluorescent power with silica gel, wherein the total weight of the fluorescent powder accounts for 17-43 percent of the total weight of the fluorescent glue; fixing blue-light LED chips: fixing a plurality of blue-light LED chips on a lower jig; coating the fluorescent glue on the blue-light LED chips to form fluorescent films, and obtaining a white-light luminophor semi-finished product; carrying out scribing on the white-light luminophor semi-finished product to obtain a white-light luminophor; selecting a red-light luminophor which is used for compensating the missing part of the white-light luminophor relative to natural light; and fixing the white-light luminophor and the red-light luminophor on a bearing matrix to obtain an LED light source.

Procédé de fabrication de source de lumière à DEL. Le procédé consiste à : préparer une colle fluorescente : mélanger une poudre fluorescente rouge, une poudre fluorescente verte et une poudre fluorescente jaune-vert avec un gel de silice, le poids total de la poudre fluorescente représentant de 17 à 43 pour cent du poids total de la colle fluorescente ; fixer des puces de DEL à lumière bleue : fixer une pluralité de puces de DEL à lumière bleue sur un gabarit inférieur ; établer la colle fluorescente sur les puces de DEL à lumière bleue pour former des films fluorescents, et obtenir un produit semi-fini de luminophore à lumière blanche ; réaliser un traçage sur le produit semi-fini de luminophore à lumière blanche pour obtenir un luminophore à lumière blanche ; sélectionner un luminophore à lumière rouge qui est utilisé pour compenser la partie manquante du luminophore à lumière blanche par rapport à la lumière naturelle ; et fixer le luminophore à lumière blanche et le luminophore à lumière rouge sur une matrice de support pour obtenir une source de lumière à DEL.
