A carbon skeleton enhanced porous starch and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method for the porous starch comprises: bonding the starch to transition metal ions, then processing the starch to which the transition metal ions are adhered and amylase by means of an extrusion device, and finally forming a starch-based porous material of a high-strength recombined structure, namely the carbon skeleton enhanced porous starch. The enzyme dosage of a biological method is reduced, the action time of the biological method is shortened, the current situation that a physical method can only serve as pretreatment is also changed, and the carbon skeleton enhanced porous starch and the preparation method therefor have wide application prospects in the fields of medicine controlled release, water pollution purification, embedded and alternative targets and other fields of medical treatment, chemical engineering, and environment and materials.

L'invention concerne un amidon poreux renforcé à squelette carboné et un procédé de préparation s'y rapportant. Le procédé de préparation de l'amidon poreux comprend : la liaison de l'amidon à des ions de métal de transition, puis le traitement de l'amidon auquel les ions de métal de transition ont adhéré et d'amylase au moyen d'un dispositif d'extrusion et enfin la formation d'un matériau poreux à base d'amidon ayant une structure recombinée à haute résistance, à savoir l'amidon poreux renforcé à squelette carboné. La dose d'enzyme d'un procédé biologique est réduite, la durée de mise en œuvre du procédé biologique est raccourcie, la situation actuelle consistant en ce qu'un procédé physique ne peut servir que de prétraitement est également modifiée et l'amidon poreux renforcé à squelette carboné et le procédé de préparation s'y rapportant ont de larges perspectives d'application dans les domaines de la libération contrôlée de médicaments, de la purification d'eau polluée, des cibles intégrées et alternatives et d'autres domaines du traitement médical, du génie chimique et de l'environnement et des matériaux.

一种碳骨架强化型多孔淀粉及其制备方法,该多孔淀粉的制备方法为:将淀粉与过渡金属离子结合,之后将附有过渡金属离子的淀粉与淀粉酶经过挤压设备处理,最后形成高强度重组结构的淀粉基多孔材料,即所述碳骨架强化型多孔淀粉。其降低了生物法的酶用量与作用时间,也改变了物理法仅能作为预处理的现状,在药物控释、水污染净化、包埋与替代目标物以及其他医疗、化工、环境与材料领域具有广泛应用前景。
