Provided is a JM2 gene knockout mouse obtained by editing JM2 gene using a CRISPR-Cas9 system and by using somatic cell nuclear transfer techniques. Provided is a sgRNA designed for a CDS region of mouse JM2 gene. The gene is cleaved by using the CRISPR-Cas9 system to achieve the knockout of JM2 gene, and therefore a corresponding knockout mouse is obtained. The present invention provides a practicable method for mouse JM2 gene studies.

L'invention concerne une souris knock-out pour le gène JM2 obtenue par édition d'un gène JM2 à l'aide d'un système CRISPR-Cas9 et à l'aide de techniques de transfert nucléaire de cellules somatiques. L'invention concerne un sgARN conçu pour une région CDS du gène JM2 de souris. Le gène est clivé à l'aide du système CRISPR-Cas9 pour obtenir l'inactivation du gène JM2, et par conséquent une souris knock-out correspondante est obtenue. La présente invention concerne une méthode pratique pour des études du gène JM2 de souris.
