Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, and provides a human APRF gene-targeted novel RNAi fragment, an RNAi vector, and preparation method therefor and application thereof. The human APRF gene-targeted novel RNAi fragment is characterized in that the sequence of the novel RNAi fragment is as represented by SEQ ID NO. 1. The novel RNAi fragment provided by the present invention can guide LwCas13a to perform accurate recognition and cleavage on mRNA formed by human APRF gene transcription, thereby implementing high-efficient and specific expression interference on an APRF gene.
(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine de la biotechnologie, et fournit un nouveau fragment d'ARNi ciblé sur le gène APRF humain, un vecteur d'ARNi, et son procédé de préparation et son application. Le nouveau fragment d'ARNi ciblé sur le gène APRF humain est caractérisé en ce que la séquence du nouveau fragment d'ARNi est telle que représentée par SEQ ID no : 1. Le nouveau fragment d'ARNi de la présente invention peut guider LwCas13a afin d'effectuer la reconnaissance et le clivage précis sur l'ARNm formé par la transcription du gène APRF humain, mettant ainsi en œuvre l'interférence d'expression spécifique et hautement efficace sur un gène APRF.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种靶向人APRF基因的新型RNAi干扰片段、RNAi载体及其制备方法和其应用,涉及生物技术领域。其中,一种靶向人APRF基因的新型RNAi干扰片段,其特征在于,所述新型RNAi干扰片段序列为SEQ ID NO.1所示。本发明提供的新型RNAi干扰片段可引导LwCas13a对人APRF基因转录形成的mRNA进行精准的识别与切割,实现对APRF基因的高效和特异性表达干扰。
