The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Provided are a human CD272 gene-targeting novel RNAi fragment, an RNAi carrier, a preparation method for same, and applications thereof. The human CD272 gene-targeting novel RNAi fragment is characterized in that the sequence of the novel RNAi fragment is as represented by SEQ ID NO. 1. The novel RNAi fragment provided in the present invention is capable of guiding LwCas13a to perform precision identification and cleaving of an mRNA formed by a transcription of human CD272 gene, thus implementing highly efficient and specific interference to the expression of CD272 gene.

La présente invention concerne le domaine de la biotechnologie. L'invention concerne un nouveau fragment d'ARNi ciblant le gène CD272 humain, un support d'ARNi, une méthode de préparation associée et des applications associées. Le nouveau fragment d'ARNi ciblant le gène CD272 humain est caractérisé en ce que la séquence du nouveau fragment d'ARNi est telle que représentée par la SEQ ID NO 1. Le nouveau fragment d'ARNi selon la présente invention est capable de guider LwCas13a pour effectuer une identification et un clivage de précision d'un ARNm formé par transcription du gène CD272 humain, mettant ainsi en œuvre une interférence hautement efficace et spécifique à l'expression du gène CD272.

本发明提供一种靶向人CD272基因的新型RNAi干扰片段、RNAi载体及其制备方法和其应用,涉及生物技术领域。其中,一种靶向人CD272基因的新型RNAi干扰片段,其特征在于,所述新型RNAi干扰片段序列为SEQ ID NO.1所示。本发明提供的新型RNAi干扰片段可引导LwCas13a对人CD272基因转录形成的mRNA进行精准的识别与切割,实现对CD272基因的高效和特异性表达干扰。
