A tunnel oven (100), comprising a housing (10), a heat source structure (30) and a baking structure (20), wherein the heat source structure (30) and the baking structure (20) are fixedly mounted on the housing (10); the baking structure (20) comprises two radiant panel assemblies (21), and the two radiant panel assemblies (21) enclose to form a baking channel (23); each radiant panel assembly (21) comprises a plurality of radiant panels which are fixedly connected to each other, and each radiant panel is provided with a plurality of heat exchange passages (213) which communicate with each other; the heat source structure (30) is in communication with the heat exchange passages (213); hot air produced by the heat source structure (30) flows into the heat exchange passages (213) so as to heat the baking passage (23) by means of heat exchange between the two radiant panel assemblies (21). In the present tunnel oven, radiant heating may be carried out between the two radiant panel assemblies (21), and a steel strip support bracket (22) may conduct heat, which saves more energy, increases the energy utilization rate and has better temperature stability compared to a heat convection heating mode.
