Abstract:
(EN) A method for stabilizing dialysate consumption flow in a central distribution loop (21) for a plurality of dialysis machines (3) comprises steps as follows: coordinating each dialysate dispensing cycle of active ones of the dialysis machines (3); calculating dialysate or concentrates consumption based on amount required in each dialysate dispensing cycle of the active dialysis machines (3); and preparing the dialysate based on the calculated dialysate or concentrates consumption required by the active dialysis machines (3). A corresponding apparatus (4) at least comprises: a coordinating module (41) configured to coordinate each dialysate dispensing cycle of active ones of the dialysis machines (3); a calculating module (42) configured to calculate dialysate or concentrates consumption based on amount required in each dialysate dispensing cycle of the active dialysis machines (3); and a mixing control module (43), for preparing the dialysate based on the calculated dialysate or concentrates consumption. According to the present invention, the dialysate consumption flow can be stabilized such that a simple structure, more low cost, a compact design and more accurate dialysate preparation can be achieved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de stabilisation de l’écoulement de consommation en dialysat dans une boucle de distribution centrale (21) pour une pluralité de machines de dialyse (3) comprenant les étapes comme suit : coordination de chaque cycle de distribution de dialysat des machines de dialyse (3) actives ; calcul de la consommation en dialysat ou en concentrés sur la base de la quantité requise dans chaque cycle de distribution de dialysat des machines de dialyse (3) actives ; et préparation du dialysat sur la base de la consommation en dialysat ou en concentrés calculée requise par les machines de dialyse (3) actives. Un appareil (4) correspondant comprend au moins : un module de coordination (41) configuré pour coordonner chaque cycle de distribution de dialysat desdites machines de dialyse (3) actives ; un module de calcul (42) configuré pour calculer la consommation en dialysat ou en concentrés sur la base de la quantité requise dans chaque cycle de distribution de dialysat des machines de dialyse (3) actives ; et un module de commande de mélange (43), pour préparer le dialysat sur la base de la consommation calculée en dialysat ou en concentrés. Selon la présente invention, l’écoulement de consommation en dialysat peut être stabilisé de sorte qu’une structure simple, de coût plus faible, de conception compacte et de préparation de dialysat plus précise peuvent être obtenus.
