Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method for detecting the proportion of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in a complex sample. The bacteria are detected according to the Gram signal thereof. The invention enables distinction between species of Gram-positive bacteria and species of Gram-negative bacteria in a complex sample. The invention also relates to a kit for marking Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, particularly for use in flow cytometry, particularly for complex samples such as human or animal microbiota samples.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de la proportion de bactéries à Gram positif et à Gram négatif dans un échantillon complexe. La détection des bactéries se fait selon leur signal Gram. L'invention permet de distinguer des espèces de bactéries à Gram positif et à Gram négatif dans un échantillon complexe. Elle concerne également un kit de marquage des bactéries à Gram positif et à Gram négatif, notamment pour utilisation en cytométrie en flux, notamment pour des échantillons complexes comme des échantillons de microbiote - humain ou animal.
