Abstract
(EN) The present application relates to biodegradable based polymers for the production of biodegradable medical applications. The biobased material comprises a copolymer constituted by dextran modified with glycidyl methacrylate and poly (ε-caprolactone) modified with 2-isocyanatoethylmethacrylate, which are combined in different formulations and used to produce membranes, 3-D scaffolds and hollow tubes that can be used as biomedical devices for diverse applications. Such applications concern drug delivery systems, tissue engineering scaffolds, repair and regeneration of peripheral nerves, among others.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des polymères biodégradables pour la production d'applications médicales biodégradables. Le matériau d'origine biologique comprend un copolymère constitué de dextrane modifié par du méthacrylate de glycidyle et de la poly(ε-caprolactone) modifiée par du 2-isocyanatoéthylméthacrylate, qui sont combinés dans différentes formulations et utilisés pour produire des membranes, des échafaudages tridimensionnels et des tubes creux qui peuvent être utilisés en tant que dispositifs biomédicaux pour diverses applications. De telles applications concernent des systèmes d'administration de médicament, des échafaudages d'ingénierie tissulaire, la réparation et la régénération de nerfs périphériques, entre autres.
