Abstract
(EN) Systems and methods for measuring an angle between a first portion of a moving object and a second portion of the moving object are disclosed. The method includes generating a point cloud based on information gathered from a rangefinder and includes a plurality of points. The plurality of points represents a relative position of a front edge of the second portion with respect to the first portion. An angle of the second portion relative to the first portion is calculated based on the point cloud. The rangefinder is mounted to the first portion or the second portion.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de mesure d'un angle entre une première partie d'un objet mobile et une seconde partie de l'objet mobile. Le procédé comprend la génération d'un nuage de points sur la base d'informations collectées à partir d'un télémètre et comprend une pluralité de points. La pluralité de points représente une position relative d'un bord avant de la seconde partie par rapport à la première partie. Un angle de la seconde partie par rapport à la première partie est calculé sur la base du nuage de points. Le télémètre est monté sur la première partie ou sur la seconde partie.
