Abstract
(EN) Proposed is a cycloidal speed reducer having a smooth lubricant flow. The speed reducer, according to the present invention, comprises: an input shaft which rotates by an external power source and has a first crank part and a second crank part which are each symmetrically eccentric; a ring gear having a streamlined tooth profile part molded therein; a first disc and a second disc which rotate by means of the first crank part and the second crank part arranged in the inner sides thereof, have molded on the respective outer side surfaces thereof a streamlined tooth profile part coupling to the streamlined tooth profile part of the ring gear through a pin, are supported in the axial direction in a state of making contact with each other at the inner side of the ring gear, and are circularly arranged so that a plurality of carrier pins are coupled therein so as to have gaps therebetween; and a carrier which has a speed-reduced output by being connected to the carrier pins. In addition, lubrication grooves (22g, 24g) capable of connecting the inside and outside are molded on the respective opposing surfaces of the first disc (22) and the second disc (24). Here, the lubrication grooves of the first disc and the lubrication grooves of the second disc are molded so as to be inclined in the opposite direction from each other.
(FR) Réducteur de vitesse cycloïdal ayant un écoulement de lubrifiant régulier. Le réducteur de vitesse, selon la présente invention, comprend : un arbre d'entrée qui tourne par une source d'alimentation externe et comporte une première partie de manivelle et une seconde partie de manivelle qui sont chacune symétriquement excentriques; une couronne dentée ayant une partie profil de dent simplifié moulée à l'intérieur de celle-ci; un premier disque et un second disque qui tournent au moyen de la première partie de manivelle et de la seconde partie de manivelle disposées sur les côtés intérieurs de ceux-ci, présentent, moulé sur leurs surfaces latérales extérieures respectives, une partie profil de dent simplifié s'accouplant à la partie profil de dent simplifié de la couronne par l'intermédiaire d'une broche, sont supportés dans la direction axiale dans un état d'établissement de contact l'un avec l'autre au niveau du côté intérieur de la couronne dentée, et sont agencés de manière circulaire de telle sorte qu'une pluralité de broches porteuses sont accouplées à l'intérieur de ceux-ci de manière à avoir des espaces entre elles; et un support qui a une sortie à vitesse réduite en étant raccordé aux broches porteuses. De plus, des rainures de lubrification (22g, 24g) pouvant relier l'intérieur et l'extérieur sont moulées sur les surfaces opposées respectives du premier disque (22) et du second disque (24). Ici, les rainures de lubrification du premier disque et les rainures de lubrification du second disque sont moulées de manière à être inclinées dans la direction opposée l'une de l'autre.
(KO) 본 발명은 윤활유의 흐름이 원활한 싸이클로이드 감속기를 제안한다. 본 발명 감속기는, 외부의 동력원에 의하여 회전하고, 각각 대칭으로 편심된 제1크랭크부와 제2크랭크부를 구비하는 입력축과; 상기 내부에 유선형 치형부가 성형된 링기어; 내측에 배치되는 제1크랭크부와 제2크랭크부에 의하여 회전하고, 외측면에 링기어의 유선형 치형부와 핀을 통하여 결합되는 유선형 치형부가 각각 성형되며, 링기어의 내측에서 서로 접촉한 상태로 축방향으로 지지되며, 원형으로 배열되어 다수의 캐리어핀이 유격을 가지고 내부에 결합되는 제1디스크 및 제2디스크; 캐리어핀과 연결되어 감속된 출력을 가지는 캐리어로 구성된다. 그리고 제1디스크(22) 및 제2디스크(24)의 대향면에는 내외부를 연결할 수 있는 윤활홈(22g,24g)이 각각 성형된다. 여기서 제1디스크의 윤활홈과 제2디스크의 윤활홈은 서로 반대 방향의 경사를 가지고 성형된다.
