Abstract
(EN) The present invention is characterized by a light emitting apparatus comprising: a dual-laser light source unit for simultaneously or selectively emitting a plurality of lights generated at different outputs; an optical fiber connected to the dual-laser light source unit so as to receive the lights emitted from the dual-laser light source unit, thereby emitting the received lights through an embossed tip surface; and an expansive balloon catheter for encompassing the embossed surface of the tip of the optical fiber and causing obstructed tissue to expand. When systemic chemotherapy against various types of cancers is performed using the present invention, treatment for obstructed tissue can be effectively performed, and an obstruction relapse rate after photothermal therapy can be reduced such that patient suffering can be alleviated.
(FR) La présente invention est caractérisée par un appareil d'émission de lumière comprenant : une unité de source de lumière à double laser pour émettre simultanément ou sélectivement une pluralité de lumières générées à différentes sorties ; une fibre optique connectée à l'unité de source de lumière à double laser de façon à recevoir les lumières émises par l'unité de source de lumière à double laser, permettant ainsi d'émettre les lumières reçues à travers une surface de pointe gaufrée ; et un cathéter à ballonnet dilatable pour entourer la surface gaufrée de la pointe de la fibre optique et amener le tissu obstrué à se dilater. Lorsqu'une chimiothérapie systémique contre différents types de cancers est réalisée à l'aide de la présente invention, un traitement pour un tissu obstrué peut être effectué de manière efficace, et un taux de rechute d'obstruction après une photothermie peut être réduit de telle sorte que le patient souffrant peut être soulagé.
(KO) 본 발명은 서로 다른 출력으로 생성되는 복수개의 광원을 동시 또는 선택적으로 출사하는 듀얼 레이저 광원부, 상기 듀얼 레이저 광원부에 연결되어, 상기 듀얼레이저 광원부로부터 출사된 광원을 전달받아 양각화 된 끝단 표면을 통해 상기 전달받은 광원을 방사하는 광 섬유 및 상기 양각화 된 광 섬유 끝단 표면을 둘러싸도록 형성되어, 협착 조직을 확장시키는 팽창형 벌룬 카테터를 포함하는 광 조사 장치인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명을 통해 다양한 암종에 대한 전신항암 치료를 수행함에 있어, 협착 조직의 치료를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 광열치료 후 협착의 재발률을 줄일 수 있어 환자의 고통을 완화시킬 수 있다.
