(EN) A blood pressure measurement device (1) provided with: an attachment portion (41) that has an opening (41b) disposed in a position opposing a region of a wrist (100) in which one artery is present, and an end surface that curves along the shape of a part in the circumferential direction of the wrist (100); a fastener (43) with which the attachment portion (41) is provided; a sensor unit (52) which includes a sensor module (63) that is opposed to the opening (41b) and contacts the region of the wrist (100) in which the artery is present, and an air bag (62) that expands when worn on the wrist (100) to press the sensor module (63) onto the wrist (100); a case (61) in which the sensor module (63) is housed in such a way that the sensor unit (52) can be moved in one direction with respect to the opening (41b); and a sensing body (42) including an urging member (65) that urges the sensor module (63) in a direction away from the wrist (100).
