Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Laminatkörpers und eines Laminier-Inlays sowie einen Laminatkörper, ein Laminier-Inlay sowie ein Sicherheitsdokument, insbesondere in Form einer Bankkarte, Ausweiskarte oder Kreditkarte, mit einem derartigen Laminatkörper. Das Verfahren umfasst: Bereitstellen einer ersten Laminierfolie (21), insbesondere aus Polycarbonat, Bereitstellen zumindest einer Transferfolie (4), welche jeweils eine Trägerfolie (41) und eine von der Trägerfolie ablösbare Dekorlage (40), Bedrucken der ersten Laminierfolie (21) und/oder der Dekorlage (40) mit einem strahlenhärtbaren Kleber, Aufbringen der Transferfolie (4) auf die Laminierfolie (21) derart, dass die strahlenhärtbare Kleberschicht (5) zwischen der Dekorlage (40) und der ersten Laminierfolie (21) angeordnet ist, zumindest teilweise Härtung der strahlenhärtbaren Kleberschicht (5), Abziehen der mindestens einen Transferfolie (4) von der ersten Laminierfolie (21), wobei in ein oder mehreren ersten Teilbereichen (31) die Dekorlage (40) beim Abziehen von der Trägerfolie (41) abgelöst wird und auf der ersten Laminierfolie (21) verbleibt, und Laminieren mehrerer aufeinanderfolgender Folien umfassend die erste Laminierfolie (21) mit den ein oder mehreren ersten Teilbereichen (31) mit der Dekorlage (40) und zumindest eine zweite Laminierfolie (22 bis 26) zu dem Laminatkörper (1).
