Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a solar thin film battery, the method comprising the following steps: sequentially stacking an upper encapsulation layer, a first film adhesive layer, a chip set, a second film adhesive layer and a lower encapsulation layer, wherein the upper encapsulation layer, the first film adhesive layer, the chip set, the second film adhesive layer and the lower encapsulation layer all have the structure of a curved surface, and the openings thereof all face the same direction; placing a customized mold on the side of the lower encapsulation layer that is away from the second film adhesive layer, wherein the shape of the side of the customized mold that faces the lower encapsulation layer coincides with the shape of the side of the lower encapsulation layer that is away from the second film adhesive layer; placing the upper encapsulation layer, the first film adhesive layer, the chip set, the second film adhesive layer, the lower encapsulation layer, that are sequentially stacked, and the customized mold into a vacuum bag of a vacuum laminating machine to perform pre-vacuum pumping; and placing the vacuum bag subjected to the pre-vacuum pumping in the vacuum laminating machine for vacuum lamination in order to form the solar thin film battery. Further disclosed is a solar thin film battery.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une batterie solaire à film mince solaire, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant : à empiler séquentiellement une couche d'encapsulation supérieure, une première couche adhésive de film, un ensemble de puces, une seconde couche adhésive de film et une couche d'encapsulation inférieure, la couche d'encapsulation supérieure, la première couche adhésive de film, l'ensemble de puces, la seconde couche adhésive de film et la couche d'encapsulation inférieure ayant tous la structure d'une surface incurvée, et leurs ouvertures étant toutes orientées dans la même direction ; à placer un moule personnalisé sur le côté de la couche d'encapsulation inférieure qui est éloigné de la seconde couche adhésive de film, la forme du côté du moule personnalisé qui fait face à la couche d'encapsulation inférieure coïncidant avec la forme du côté de la couche d'encapsulation inférieure qui est éloigné de la seconde couche adhésive de film ; à placer la couche d'encapsulation supérieure, la première couche adhésive de film, l'ensemble de puces, la seconde couche adhésive de film, la couche d'encapsulation inférieure, qui sont empilées de manière séquentielle, et le moule personnalisé dans un sac sous vide d'une machine de stratification sous vide pour effectuer un pompage pré-vide ; et à placer le sac sous vide soumis au pompage pré-vide dans la machine de stratification sous vide pour la stratification sous vide afin de former la batterie solaire à film mince. La présente invention concerne également une batterie solaire à film mince.
