Abstract
(EN) A system (100) and method (300) for fulfilling a customer order including a desired quantity of portable communication devices. The method (300) includes receiving the customer order, receiving at least one unique identifier for each of the portable communication devices of the desired quantity, and transmitting each of the at least one unique identifier to a provisioning server (104), from the order processing management computer (402). The method (300) further includes associating the at least one unique identifier with a subscription to a service network of a mobile virtual network operator (404), transmitting the at least one unique identifier to the mobile virtual network operator (404) to activate an integrated circuit card for each of the portable communication device (105), receiving updated subscription information for each of the portable communication devices, and transmitting, the updated subscription information for each of the portable communication devices to the device management server (102), via the provisioning server (104).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système (100) et un procédé (300) destinés à exécuter de façon optimale une commande de client comprenant une quantité souhaitée de dispositifs de communication portatifs. Le procédé (300) consiste à recevoir la commande de client, à recevoir au moins un identifiant unique pour chacun des dispositifs de communication portatifs de la quantité souhaitée, et à transmettre chacun dudit identifiant unique à un serveur de fourniture (104), à partir de l'ordinateur de gestion de traitement de commande (402). Le procédé (300) consiste en outre à associer ledit identifiant unique avec un abonnement à un réseau de service d'un opérateur de réseau virtuel mobile (404), à transmettre ledit identifiant unique à l'opérateur de réseau virtuel mobile (404) pour activer une carte de circuit intégré pour chacun du dispositif de communication portatif (105), à recevoir des informations d'abonnement mises à jour pour chacun des dispositifs de communication portatifs, et à transmettre, les informations d'abonnement mises à jour pour chacun des dispositifs de communication portatifs au serveur de gestion de dispositif (102), par l'intermédiaire du serveur de fourniture (104).
