Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a polynucleic acid probe using a single base sequence binding to a polynucleic acid detection biomarker. A base sequence designed through an artificial base sequence design method of the present invention exhibits superior hybridization reactivity to all analogs, and a polynucleic acid probe using same is designed so as to be able to simultaneously bind, using a single diagnostic probe, to multiple types of nucleic acid sequences having significance, to detect the overall expression profile within a sample. Accordingly, the present invention enables an ultra-multiplex assay of the nucleic acid biomarker using a single diagnostic probe, and thus can improve diagnostic capacity while dramatically reducing diagnostic costs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une sonde d'acide polynucléique faisant appel à une seule séquence de base se liant à un biomarqueur de détection d'acide polynucléique. Une séquence de base conçue par l'intermédiaire d'un procédé de conception de séquence de base artificielle de la présente invention présente une réactivité d'hybridation supérieure à tous les analogues, et une sonde d'acide polynucléique faisant appel à ladite séquence est conçue de manière à pouvoir se lier simultanément, au moyen d'une seule sonde de diagnostic, à de multiples types de séquences d'acides nucléiques ayant une signification, afin de détecter le profil d'expression global dans un échantillon. Par conséquent, la présente invention permet un dosage ultra-multiplex du biomarqueur d'acide nucléique à l'aide d'une seule sonde de diagnostic, et peut ainsi améliorer la capacité de diagnostic tout en réduisant considérablement les coûts de diagnostic.
(KO) 본 발명은 다중 핵산 검출 바이오마커에 결합하는 단일 염기 서열을 이용한 다중 핵산 프로브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 인공 염기서열 설계 방법을 통해 설계된 염기서열은 모든 유사체에 대해 보다 우수한 혼성화 반응성을 나타내며, 이를 이용한 다중 핵산 프로브는 하나의 진단 프로브를 사용하여 유의성을 지닌 다종의 핵산 서열과 동시다발적으로 결합이 가능하도록 설계되어 시료 내 전반적인 발현 양상을 진단함으로써, 하나의 진단 프로브를 사용한 핵산 바이오마커의 초-다중 진단이 가능하며 이를 통해 진단능 향상과 검진 비용을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
