Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an optical fiber, the method comprising: a step for inserting a core rod longer than a clad rod into a hollow portion of the clad rod so as to protrude from the clad rod; a step for mounting the core rod and the clad rod around the core rod into an inner accommodation space of a heating container having a drawing hole formed in the bottom surface thereof, such that lower surfaces of the core rod and the clad rod are exposed; and a step for winding, by means of a spool, an optical fiber that is formed as lower ends of the core rod and the clad rod drop through the drawing hole after being melted together by heating the heating container inside a heating furnace. This method for manufacturing an optical fiber provides advantages in that the manufacturing process can be simplified, and restrictions on the glass transition temperature of the core material can be relaxed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une fibre optique, le procédé comprenant : une étape d’insertion d’une tige cœur plus longue qu’une tige placage dans une partie creuse de la tige placage afin de faire saillie depuis la tige placage ; une étape de montage de la tige cœur et de la tige placage autour de la tige cœur dans un espace d’accueil interne d’un récipient de chauffage ayant un trou d’étirage formé dans sa surface inférieure, de sorte que les surfaces inférieures de la tige cœur et de la tige placage sont exposées ; et une étape d’enroulage, à l’aide d’une bobine, d’une fibre optique qui est formée lorsque les extrémités inférieures de la tige cœur et de la tige placage tombent du trou d’étirage après avoir été fondues ensemble par chauffage du récipient de chauffage à l’intérieur d’un four de chauffage. Ce procédé de fabrication d’une fibre optique offre l’avantage que le procédé de fabrication peut être simplifié, et des restrictions sur la température de transition vitreuse du matériau cœur peuvent être allégées.
(KO) 본 발명은 광섬유 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 클래드로드의 중공내에 클래드로드보다 길이가 긴 코어로드를 돌출되게 삽입하는 단계와, 바닥면에 인선홀이 형성된 가열용기의 내부 수용공간 내에 코어로드 및 상기 코어로드 주변의 클래드로드의 저면이 노출되게 장착하는 단계와, 가열용기를 가열로 내에서 가열하여 인선홀을 통해 코어로드와 클래드 로드의 하단에서 상호 용융되어 하방으로 낙하되면서 형성되는 광섬유를 스풀을 통해 감는 단계를 포함한다. 이러한 광섬유 제조방법에 의하면, 제조공정을 단순화시킬 수 있으면서, 코어물질에 대한 유리전이온도에 대한 제약도 완화시킬 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
