Method for estimating measurable properties in a three-dimensional volume of material, in particular, the present method providing for the estimation of physical, chemical, biological and/or statistical properties of a volume of material, be it solid, liquid or gaseous; wherein a two-dimensional digital image is obtained, representing a single projection of said volume, which is obtained from a single view position in transmissive or partially reflective mode and wherein said two-dimensional digital image is subjected to analysis by means of machine learning algorithms in supervised mode.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour estimer des propriétés mesurables dans un volume tridimensionnel de matériau. En particulier, le présent procédé, qui fournit l’estimation de propriétés physiques, chimiques, biologiques et/ou statistiques d’un volume de matériau, qu’il soit solide, liquide ou gazeux, comprend l’obtention d’une image numérique bidimensionnelle qui représente une seule projection dudit volume, qui est obtenue depuis une seule position de vue dans un mode transmissif ou partiellement réflectif, et la soumission de ladite image numérique bidimensionnelle à une analyse au moyen d’algorithmes d’apprentissage automatique dans un mode supervisé.
