Abstract
(EN) The present invention concerns a method for producing layers of an electronic device and to a method for producing electronic devices. The method comprises co-firing a plurality of different overlapping or superposed films comprising metal oxides, precursors of the aforementioned and/or carbon, in addition to organic components. The method renders the manufacturing process of such electronic devices more efficient.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de couches d'un dispositif électronique et un procédé de production de dispositifs électroniques. Le procédé comprend la co-cuisson d'une pluralité de films qui se chevauchent ou superposés différents comprenant des oxydes métalliques, des précurseurs des éléments mentionnés ci-dessus et/ou de carbone, en plus des composants organiques. Le procédé rend le processus de fabrication de tels dispositifs électroniques plus efficace.
