Abstract
(DE) LED-Leuchtenmodul (5) mit einem zweiteiligen Modulgehäuse (8) bestehend aus einer Leichtmetall-Gehäuseplatte (10) und einer transparenten aus einem weitgehend UV-undurch lässigen oder UV-undurch lässigen PMMA-Material oder aus einem UV-stabilisierten PC-Material bestehenden Abdeckplatte (60). Die Metall-Gehäuseplatte (10) und die Abdeckplatte (60) begrenzen gemeinsam einen hermetisch dichten Gehäuseinnenraum (9), in dem sich eine Platine (40) mit mehreren beabstandet zueinander angeordneten LEDs (44). Jeder LED (44) ist ein Lichtleitelement (80) zugeordnet, das aus dem Abdeckplattenmaterial besteht, und das an der zur Platine (40) benachbarten Innenseite (63) der Abdeckplatte (60) einstückig angeformt ist. Zwischen Leichtmetall-Gehäuseteil (10) und Abdeckplatte (60) ist eine hermetisch dichte Klebeverbindung ausgebildet, die mit Hilfe eines bei Raumtemperatur aushärtenden 2-Komponenten-Acrylat-Klebstoffes erzeugt worden ist. In dem Gehäuseinnenraum (9) wird eine argonhaltige Atmosphäre erzeugt.
(EN) An LED lighting module (5) comprising a two-part module housing (8) consisting of a light-alloy housing panel (10) and a transparent cover (60) made of a predominantly UV-impermeable, or a UV-impermeable PMMA material, or of a UV-stabilised PC material. The metal housing panel (10) and the cover (60) together delimit a hermetically sealed housing interior (9) in which a PCB (40) having multiple interspaced LEDs (44) is provided. Associated with each LED (44) is a light guide element (80) consisting of the cover material and being integrally formed on the inner face (63) lying adjacent to the PCB (40), of the cover (60). A hermetically sealed adhesive bond is formed between the light alloy housing part (10) and the cover (60), said bond being produced with the aid of a 2-component room temperature-curing acrylate adhesive. An atmosphere containing argon is produced in the housing interior (9).
(FR) L'invention concerne un module d'éclairage à DEL qui a un boîtier de module en deux parties constitué d'une plaque de boîtier (10) en métal léger et d'une plaque de couvercle (60) transparente. La plaque de couvercle (60) est constituée d'un matériau de PMMA largement opaque aux UV ou opaque aux UV ou d'un matériau de PC stabilisé aux UV. La plaque de boîtier (10) en métal et la plaque de couvercle (60) délimitent ensemble un espace intérieur de boîtier hermétique dans lequel se trouve une platine sur laquelle se trouve un certain nombre de DEL agencées à une certaine distance les unes des autres. Chaque DEL (44) est associée à un élément guide de lumière (80) qui est constitué du matériau de plaque de couvercle et qui est formé d'un seul tenant sur la face intérieure adjacente à la platine de la plaque de couvercle (60). Entre la partie de boîtier en métal léger (10) et la plaque de couvercle (60) est formé une liaison collante d'étanchéité hermétique qui est fabriquée à l'aide d'une colle acrylate bicomposant durcissable à température ambiante. Une atmosphère contenant de l'argon est produite dans l'espace interne (9) du boîtier.
