Abstract
(EN) A permanent magnet motor, comprising a stator, a rotor, and a control circuit. The stator uses three-way water cooling control; a first permanent magnet and a third permanent magnet comprised in the rotor are made of different materials and are not in direct contact with each other; a control circuit is a closed-loop control circuit, and comprises a speed control device, a torque control device, a voltage vector control device, a space vector control device, and an inverter control device that are connected in sequence. The motor leakage inductance, permanent magnet flux linkage harmonic, eddy current loss, and iron loss are low; the permanent magnet has a simple fabrication process, is adaptive to motor control, and enables the rotor not to shake.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moteur à aimant permanent, comprenant un stator, un rotor et un circuit de commande. Le stator utilise une commande de refroidissement d'eau à trois voies ; un premier aimant permanent et un troisième aimant permanent compris dans le rotor sont faits de matériaux différents et ne sont pas en contact direct l'un avec l'autre ; un circuit de commande est un circuit de commande à boucle fermée, et comprend un dispositif de commande de vitesse, un dispositif de commande de couple, un dispositif de commande de vecteur de tension, un dispositif de commande de vecteur spatial et un dispositif de commande d'onduleur qui sont connectés en séquence. L'inductance de fuite de moteur, l'harmonique de liaison de flux d'aimant permanent, les pertes par courant de Foucault et les pertes fer sont faibles ; l'aimant permanent a un processus de fabrication simple, s'adapte à la commande de moteur, et permet au rotor de ne pas vibrer.
