Abstract
(EN) A polarizing device and a manufacturing method therefor, a display substrate, and a display device. The polarizing device comprises a base substrate (1), a metal wire grid (2), and an antireflection layer (3). The metal wire grid (2) is disposed on the base substrate (1); the antireflection layer (3) is arranged on one side surface of the metal wire grid (2) distant from the base substrate (1); the antireflection layer (3) is a carbon film layer. The carbon film layer can absorb at least part of ambient light irradiated on the surface of the metal wire grid (2), so that the ambient light reflected by the metal wire grid (2) in the polarizing device can be reduced.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à un dispositif de polarisation et un procédé de fabrication associé, à un substrat d'affichage, et à un dispositif d'affichage. Le dispositif de polarisation comprend un substrat de base (1), une grille de fils métalliques (2), et une couche antireflet (3). La grille de fils métalliques (2) se trouve sur le substrat de base (1). La couche antireflet (3) est disposée sur une surface latérale de cette grille de fils métalliques (2) à distance dudit substrat de base (1). Cette couche antireflet (3) est une couche de film de carbone. La couche de film de carbone peut absorber au moins une partie de la lumière ambiante diffusée sur la surface de ladite grille de fils métalliques (2), de façon à ce que la lumière ambiante réfléchie par la grille de fils métalliques (2) dans le dispositif de polarisation puisse être réduite.
(ZH) 一种偏光器件及其制备方法、显示基板和显示装置。偏光器件包括:衬底基板(1)、金属线栅(2)和减反层(3),金属线栅(2)设置在衬底基板(1)上,减反层(3)设置在金属线栅(2)的远离衬底基板(1)的一侧面上,并且减反层(3)为碳膜层。碳膜层可以吸收照射在金属线栅(2)表面的至少部分环境光,从而可以减少偏光器件中金属线栅(2)对环境光的反射。
