Abstract
(EN) The present invention aims to provide an optimized scheduling method and device for an island reef integrated energy system in view of the defects in the prior art. In consideration of the unit combination problem of a distributed controllable generator set and a seawater desalination unit as well as the optimized charging and discharging problem of an energy storage system, an island reef integrated prediction model is constructed according to state information of the island reef integrated energy system, a future system state of the island reef integrated energy system is obtained, and future minimum total costs are obtained by means of calculation according to the future system state; the future minimum total costs are taken as a constraint condition to construct an optimized scheduling model of the island reef integrated energy system, an optimized dispatching parameter value of the island reef integrated energy system is obtained by means of calculation, a power subsystem and a fresh water subsystem are coordinated and optimized, total operating costs of the island reef integrated energy system are reduced, and the sustainable development capability of islands and reefs is improved.
(FR) La présente invention vise à fournir un procédé et un dispositif de planification optimisée destinés à un système d'énergie intégré de récif d'îlot au regard des défauts de l'état de la technique. Compte tenu du problème de combinaison unitaire d'un ensemble distribué de générateurs contrôlables et d'une unité de dessalement d'eau de mer ainsi que du problème de charge et de décharge optimisées d'un système de stockage d'énergie, un modèle de prédiction intégré de récif d'îlot est construit selon des informations d'état du système d'énergie intégré de récif d'îlot, un état de système futur du système d'énergie intégré de récif d'îlot est obtenu, et des coûts totaux minimaux futurs sont obtenus au moyen d'un calcul selon l'état de système futur ; les coûts totaux minimaux futurs sont considérés en tant que condition de contrainte pour construire un modèle de planification optimisée du système d'énergie intégré de récif d'îlot, une valeur de paramètre de répartition optimisée du système d'énergie intégré de récif d'îlot est obtenue au moyen d'un calcul, un sous-système d'alimentation et un sous-système d'eau douce sont coordonnés et optimisés, les coûts de fonctionnement total du système d'énergie intégré de récif d'îlot sont réduits, et la capacité de développement durable des îlots et récifs est améliorée.
(ZH) 本公开的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种岛礁综合能源系统优化调度方法及装置,考虑了分布式可控发电机组及海水淡化机组的机组组合问题、储能系统的最优充放电问题,根据岛礁综合能源系统状态信息构造岛礁综合预测模型,获得岛礁综合能源系统的未来系统状态,通过未来系统状态计算得到未来最小总成本;以未来最小总成本作为约束条件构建岛礁综合能源系统优化调度模型,计算得出优化的岛礁综合能源系统调度参数值,协调优化电力子系统与淡水子系统,降低岛礁综合能源系统总的运行成本,提升岛礁持续性发展能力。
