Abstract
(EN) A mobile electronic device is provided. The mobile electronic device comprises a wireless modem configured to enable communication with at least one radio network node in a mobile communication network. The mobile electronic device also comprises a processor configured to cause the wireless modem to scan one or more frequency bands, assemble a first capability report based on the scan of the one or more frequency bands, and cause the wireless modem to transmit the first capability report to at least one radio network node in the mobile communication network.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif électronique mobile. Le dispositif électronique mobile comprend un modem sans fil conçu pour permettre une communication avec au moins un nœud de réseau radio dans un réseau de communication mobile. Le dispositif électronique mobile comprend également un processeur conçu pour amener le modem sans fil à balayer au moins une bande de fréquences, assembler un premier rapport de capacité sur la base du balayage desdites bandes de fréquences, et amener le modem sans fil à transmettre le premier rapport de capacité audit nœud de réseau radio dans le réseau de communication mobile.
