Abstract
(EN) To solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electrode for an enzyme fuel cell. The electrode for an enzyme fuel cell may comprise: a substrate; an electrode disposed on the substrate; and an enzyme pattern disposed on the electrode and comprising an enzyme in which a metal-immobilized peptide is expressed. The metal-immobilized peptide expressed in the enzyme is characterized by being immobilized onto the electrode. Therefore, the immobilization is made such that the distance between an active site of the enzyme and the electrode is close, and thus efficiency of the electrode can be improved.
(FR) Pour résoudre le problème technique, un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne une électrode pour une pile à combustible à enzyme. L'électrode pour une pile à combustible à enzyme peut comprendre : un substrat; une électrode disposée sur le substrat; et un motif d'enzyme disposé sur l'électrode et comprenant une enzyme dans laquelle un peptide immobilisé par un métal est exprimé. Le peptide immobilisé par un métal exprimé dans l'enzyme est caractérisé en ce qu'il est immobilisé sur l'électrode. Par conséquent, l'immobilisation est réalisée de telle sorte que la distance entre un site actif de l'enzyme et l'électrode est proche, et l'efficacité de l'électrode peut ainsi être améliorée.
(KO) 본 발명의 일 실시예는 상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 일 실시예는 효소 연료전지용 전극을 제공한다. 이때, 상기 효소 연료전지용 전극은 기재, 상기 기재 상에 위치하는 전극 및 상기 전극 상에 위치하는 금속 고정화 펩타이드가 발현된 효소를 포함하는 효소패턴을 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 효소에 발현된 금속 고정화 펩타이드가 상기 전극에 고정된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이를 통해 상기 효소의 활성자리와 전극 사이의 거리를 가깝게 고정하여 전극의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
