Abstract
(EN) The present invention pertains to a method that is for producing a sugar from a cellulose raw material, the method including subjecting the cellulose raw material to electrolysis in the cathode tank to obtain the sugar by using a two-chamber electrolysis tank in which a cathode chamber and an anode chamber are separated from each other by a diaphragm. The diaphragm is a proton conductive membrane. The cathode in the cathode chamber contains a graphite structure. At least a portion of the surface of the cathode has a graphene structure, and the cathode contains a carbon material having an oxygen-containing functional group. The present invention provides a cellulose saccharification production method which can be used for various and dispersed biomass raw materials, does not require expensive high-pressure equipment, and can be performed at room temperature and under atmospheric pressure.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé qui permet de produire un sucre à partir d'une matière première de cellulose, le procédé comprenant la soumission de la matière première de cellulose à une électrolyse dans la cuve de cathode pour obtenir le sucre à l'aide d'une cuve d'électrolyse à deux chambres dans laquelle une chambre de cathode et une chambre d'anode sont séparées l'une de l'autre par un diaphragme. Le diaphragme est une membrane conductrice de protons. La cathode dans la chambre de cathode contient une structure en graphite. Au moins une partie de la surface de la cathode a une structure de graphène, et la cathode contient un matériau carboné ayant un groupe fonctionnel contenant de l'oxygène. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de saccharification de cellulose qui peut être utilisé pour diverses matières premières de biomasse dispersées, ne nécessite pas d'équipement coûteux à haute pression, et peut être mis en œuvre à température ambiante et sous pression atmosphérique.
(JA) 本発明は、陰極室及び陽極室を隔膜で分離した二室電気分解槽を用い、陰極槽においてセルロース原料を電気分解して糖類を得ることを含む、セルロース原料から糖類を製造する方法に関する。隔膜はプロトン伝導膜であり、陰極室における陰極は、グラファイト構造を含有し、その表面の少なくとも一部がグラフェン構造であり、かつ酸素含有官能基を有する炭素材料を含む。本発明は、多様かつ散在したバイオマス原料に対応でき、設備費がかさむ高圧設備を必要としない常温常圧のセルロース糖化製法を提供する。
