Abstract
(EN) This drive control unit (5) is provided with: a wear detection unit (15) provided with a determination mode for outputting a determination drive signal (dpc), the wear detection unit (15) detecting the degree of wear of a bearing of an output shaft (3) of a drive motor (2) on the basis of a rotation state of a galvano mirror (1) based on the determination drive signal (dpc); and switching units (11, 14) for disabling operation of feedback control units (7, 8) during the determination mode and supplying a rotation state signal (rt) only to the wear detection unit (15).
(FR) L'unité de commande d'entraînement (5) d'après la présente invention comprend : une unité de détection d'usure (15) comportant un mode de détermination permettant de sortir un signal d'attaque de détermination (dpc), l'unité de détection d'usure (15) détectant le degré d'usure d'un palier d'un arbre de sortie (3) d'un moteur d'entraînement (2) à partir d'un état de rotation d'un miroir galvanométrique (1) sur la base du signal d'attaque de détermination (dpc); et des unités de commutation (11, 14) conçues pour désactiver le fonctionnement des unités de commande de rétroaction (7, 8) pendant le mode de détermination et pour transmettre un signal d'état de rotation (rt) uniquement à l'unité de détection d'usure (15).
(JA) 本発明の駆動制御部(5)は、判定用駆動信号(dpc)を出力する判定モードを備え、判定用駆動信号(dpc)に基づくガルバノミラー(1)の回動状態に基づいて、駆動モータ(2)の出力軸(3)の軸受の摩耗度合を検出する摩耗検出部(15)と、判定モード時にフィードバック制御部(7,8)の動作を無効化し、回動状態信号(rt)を摩耗検出部(15)のみに供給する切換部(11,14)を備える。
