Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a display device that emits light with high color purity. The present invention also provides a display device with low power consumption. Specifically provided is a display device having a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode, a light-emitting layer, a common electrode, a first protective layer, and a semi-transmissive layer. The light-emitting layer has a first region positioned upon the first pixel electrode and a second region positioned upon the second pixel electrode. The common electrode is positioned upon the light-emitting layer. The first protective layer is positioned upon the common electrode. The semi-transmissive layer is positioned upon the first protective layer. The reflectivity of visible light in the semi-transmissive layer is higher than the reflectivity of visible light in the common electrode. The semi-transmissive layer does not overlap the first region but does overlap the second region. For example, the semi-transmissive layer may have an opening in a position overlapping the first region.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage qui émet de la couleur avec une pureté de couleur élevée. L' invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage présentant une faible consommation de courant. En particulier, l'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage comprenant une première électrode de pixel, une seconde électrode de pixel, une couche électroluminescente, une électrode commune, une première couche de protection et une couche semi-transmissive. La couche électroluminescente comprend une première zone positionnée sur la première électrode de pixel ainsi qu'une seconde zone positionnée sur la seconde électrode de pixel. L'électrode commune est positionnée sur la couche électroluminescente. La première couche conductrice est positionnée sur l'électrode commune. La couche semi-transmissive est positionnée sur la première couche de protection.
