Abstract
(EN) The present invention relatesto a nucleotide sequence encoding a glycomodule motifhaving a sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ IDNO 1, SEQ ID NO 2, SEQ IDNO 3, SEQ IDNO 4, SEQ IDNO 5 and a functionally equivalent variant thereof. In addition, the invention relates to an expression cassette comprising at least one nucleotide sequence encoding a glycomodule motif of the invention. The invention also relates to a vector and host cell and to a method for expressing a protein of interest.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une séquence nucléotidique codant pour un motif de glycomodule ayant une séquence choisie parmi le groupe constitué par SEQ IDNO 1, SEQ ID NO 2, SEQ IDNO 3, SEQ IDNO 4, SEQ IDNO 5 et un variant fonctionnellement équivalent associé. De plus, l'invention concerne une cassette d'expression comprenant au moins une séquence nucléotidique codant pour un motif glycomodule de l'invention.
