Abstract
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zur additiven Herstellung eines Bauteils (10) angegeben, welches folgende Schritte umfasst: - Bereitstellen eines pulverförmigen Grundwerkstoffs (P1) für ein Bauteil (10), insbesondere ein Bauteil für den Heißgaspfad einer Gasturbine, - schichtweises Aufbauen des Bauteils (10) auf einer Bauplattform (1) durch Verfestigung einzelner Schichten (S) des Grundwerkstoffs (P1), und - Einbringen einer oxidischen Dispersionsverstärkung in einen Bereich (B) des additiv herzustellenden Bauteils (10) mittels eines oxidischen Zusatzes, wobei der Bereich (B) im Betrieb des Bauteils (10) üblicherweise einer hohen thermomechanischen Belastung ausgesetzt ist.
(EN) A method for the additive manufacturing of a component (10) is provided, comprising the following steps:- providing a powdered base material (P1) for a component (10), in particular a component for the hot gas path of a gas turbine, - building up the component (10) layer by layer on a building platform (1) by fusing individual layers (S) of the base material (P1), and - introducing an oxide dispersion strengthening into a region (B) of the component (10) to be additively manufactured by means of an oxidic additive, wherein the region (B) is usually exposed to high thermomechanical loading during operation of the component (10).
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication additive d’un composant (10), lequel comprend les étapes de : - la fourniture d’un matériau de base pulvérulent (P1) pour un composant (10), en particulier un composant pour un passage de gaz chaud d’une turbine à gaz, - la construction par couche du composant (10) sur une plateforme d'élaboration (1) par la solidification des couches individuelles (S) du matériau de base (P1), et - l’insertion d’un renforcement par diffusion d'oxyde dans une zone (B) du composant (10) à fabriquer de manière additive au moyen d’un additif oxyde, la zone (B) étant exposée normalement à une sollicitation thermomécanique élevée durant le fonctionnement du composant (10).
