Abstract
(EN) A heat-dissipating LED soft-light lighting and a manufacturing method therefor, related to the technical field of LED lightings. The head-dissipating LED soft-light lighting comprises a reflective cup (4), a concave lens (10) fixed at the lower end of the reflective cup (4), a positioning cover (9) fixed at the upper end of the reflective cup (4), a round mesa-shaped substrate (3) arranged within the reflective cup (4), an LED light source (2) mounted on the substrate (3), and a heat pipe (1). The heat pipe (1) runs through the positioning cover (9). The lower end of the heat pipe (1) is fixed on the substrate (3). The upper end of the heat pipe (1) protrudes the positioning cover (9). A diffusively reflective coating (8) is provided on the inner wall of the reflective cup. The present soft-light lighting provides a soft light beam and is provided with a great heat-dissipating effect.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un éclairage à lumière douce à DEL dissipant la chaleur et son procédé de fabrication, relevant du domaine technique des éclairages à DEL. L'éclairage à lumière douce à DEL dissipant la chaleur comprend une coupelle réfléchissante (4), une lentille concave (10) fixée à l'extrémité inférieure de la coupelle réfléchissante (4), un couvercle de positionnement (9) fixé à l'extrémité supérieure de la coupelle réfléchissante (4), un substrat en forme de mésa rond (3) disposé à l'intérieur de la coupelle réfléchissante (4), une source de lumière à DEL (2) montée sur le substrat (3), et un caloduc (1).
