Abstract
(EN) An ultrasonic auxiliary precision forging device, comprising an upper concave die (2), a lower concave die (25), an upper punch (12), a lower punch (23), an upper ultrasonic vibration mechanism and a lower ultrasonic vibration mechanism. The ultrasonic vibration mechanisms pass through punch cushion sleeves (4, 15) and through grooves in the middle of templates (5, 16) and are then fixedly connected to the punches (12, 23); luffing rods (8, 19) transmit the amplified ultrasonic vibrations to the punches, and then the punches transmit the vibrations to a blank. According to the present invention, the frequency, the amplitude and the vibration mode of the ultrasonic vibration, and the shape and the size of the punches are changed to suit precision forging of various products. Further disclosed is an ultrasonic auxiliary precision forging method, which greatly improves the plastic deformation capability of a metal and the metal filling property, reducing the friction force between the blank and the dies, refining the grain structure, reducing the roughness of the formed surface, improving the demolding capability of a forge piece, achieving a wide applicability range, and improving the material utilization rate and the production pass rate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de forgeage de précision auxiliaire ultrasonore comprenant une matrice concave supérieure (2), une matrice concave inférieure (25), un poinçon supérieur (12), un poinçon inférieur (23), un mécanisme de vibration ultrasonore supérieur et un mécanisme de vibration ultrasonore inférieur. Les mécanismes de vibration ultrasonore passent à travers des manchons de coussin de poinçon (4, 15) et à travers des rainures au milieu de gabarits (5, 16) et sont ensuite raccordés de manière fixe aux poinçons (12, 23) ; des tiges de relevage (8, 19) transmettent les vibrations ultrasonores amplifiées aux poinçons, puis les poinçons transmettent les vibrations à une ébauche. Selon la présente invention, la fréquence, l'amplitude et le mode de vibration de la vibration ultrasonore, ainsi que la forme et la taille des poinçons sont modifiés pour s'adapter au forgeage de précision de divers produits. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de forgeage de précision auxiliaire ultrasonore, qui améliore considérablement la capacité de déformation plastique d'un métal et la propriété de remplissage métallique, réduisant la force de frottement entre l'ébauche et les matrices, affinant la structure de grain, réduisant la rugosité de la surface formée, améliorant la capacité de démoulage d'une pièce de forgeage, obtenant une large plage d'applicabilité, et améliorant le taux d'utilisation de matériau et le taux de réussite de production.
