Abstract
(EN) Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for multiple different receive beams at a user equipment (UE) that may be spatially associated with a single transmission beam from a base station. A UE may measure, using multiple different receive beams, multiple instances of a same reference signal transmitted by the base station using a same transmission beam. The UE may provide measurement reports associated with each of the measurements to the base station. A particular receive beam to be used for a downlink transmission may be selected from the multiple receive beams and may be indicated to the UE.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés, des systèmes et des dispositifs pour des communications sans fil qui fournissent de multiples faisceaux de réception différents au niveau d'un équipement utilisateur (UE) qui peut être spatialement associé à un seul faisceau de transmission à partir d'une station de base. Un UE peut mesurer, à l'aide de multiples faisceaux de réception différents, de multiples instances d'un même signal de référence transmis par la station de base à l'aide d'un même faisceau de transmission. L'UE peut fournir des rapports de mesure associés à chacune des mesures à la station de base. Un faisceau de réception particulier devant être utilisé pour une transmission de liaison descendante peut être sélectionné parmi les multiples faisceaux de réception et peut être indiqué à l'UE.
