Abstract
(EN) A system and method for identifying and treating a disease in a patient collects one or more data streams from sensors configured to detect biological signals generated within a patient's tissue over time. Patient data elements including one or more of demographic, clinical, laboratory, pathology, chemical, image, historical, genetic, and activity data for the patient is collected and processed with the data streams to generate a personalized digital phenotype (PDP). The PDP is compared to a digital taxonomy comprising prior data to classify the patient into one or more quantitative disease classifications to guide personalized intervention for treating the patient.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé d'identification et de traitement d'une maladie chez un patient, qui collectent un ou plusieurs flux de données provenant de capteurs configurés pour détecter des signaux biologiques générés dans les tissus d'un patient au cours du temps. Des éléments de données de patient, comprenant un ou plusieurs types de données parmi des données démographiques, des données cliniques, des données de laboratoire, des données de pathologie, des données chimiques, des données d'image, des données d'historique, des données génétiques et des données d'activité pour le patient, sont collectés et traités avec les flux de données afin de générer un phénotype numérique personnalisé (PDP). Le PDP est comparé à une taxonomie numérique comprenant des données antérieures pour classer le patient dans une ou plusieurs classes de maladies quantitatives afin de guider une intervention personnalisée destinée à traiter le patient.
