Abstract
(EN) A method is disclosed for generating a 3D printing file containing an object model of a part having a body and an integral electronic component. To generate the 3D printing file, a processor receives at least one geometry specification of the part to be printed and at least one component performance property of the electronic component to be printed integral to the part. An object model is determined by the processor in accordance with the at least one geometry specification of a part to be printed, the at least one component performance property of an electronic component to be printed, and at least one material property of an electronic component printing material of a 3D printer. The 3D printing file is generated by the processor and comprises the object model.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à générer un fichier d'impression 3D contenant un modèle d'objet d'une pièce comprenant un corps et un composant électronique intégré. Pour générer le fichier d'impression 3D, un processeur reçoit au moins une spécification géométrique de la pièce à imprimer et au moins une propriété de performance du composant électronique à imprimer intégré à la pièce. Un modèle d'objet est déterminé par le processeur conformément à ladite spécification géométrique au moins d'une pièce à imprimer, à ladite propriété de performance d'un composant électronique à imprimer et à au moins une propriété d'un matériau d'impression de composant électronique d'une imprimante 3D. Le fichier d'impression 3D est généré par le processeur et comprend le modèle d'objet.
