Abstract
(EN) Provided is a holding unit that is easy to incorporate into a mold and has excellent versatility. Further provided are: a holding unit that can be compactly incorporated in a mold; a mold extrusion mechanism provided with the holding unit; a fixed-side mold; a movable-side mold; a mold; and a molded article. The holding unit comprises: a movable ejector pin 10; a ring member 11 that is fixed and used; and a ball plunger 12 that is directly attached to the ejector pin 10 or is fixed to a fixing member 22 attached to the ejector pin 10, that presses the ring member 11, and that engages the ejector pin 10 with the ring member 11. When a force equal to or greater than a prescribed force is applied in the moving direction of the ejector pin 10, the ejector pin 10 disengages with the ring member 11 and the ejector pin 10 is able to move. The ball plunger 12 is incorporated and integrated with the ejector pin 10 or the fixing member 22.
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité de maintien qui est facile à intégrer dans un moule et présente une excellente polyvalence. L'invention concerne en outre : une unité de maintien qui peut être intégrée de manière compacte dans un moule ; un mécanisme d'extrusion de moule pourvu de l'unité de maintien ; un moule côté fixe ; un moule côté mobile ; un moule ; et un article moulé. L'unité de maintien comprend : une broche d'éjecteur (10) mobile ; un élément annulaire (11) qui est fixé et utilisé ; et un plongeur à bille (12) qui est directement fixé à la broche d'éjecteur (10) ou est fixé à un élément de fixation (22) fixé à la broche d'éjecteur (10), qui presse l'élément annulaire (11), et qui met en prise la broche d'éjecteur (10) avec l'élément annulaire (11). Lorsqu'une force égale ou supérieure à une force prescrite est appliquée dans la direction de déplacement de la broche d'éjecteur (10), la broche d'éjecteur (10) se sépare de l'élément annulaire (11) et la broche d'éjecteur (10) peut se déplacer. Le plongeur à bille (12) est incorporé et intégré à la broche d'éjecteur (10) ou à l'élément de fixation (22).
