Abstract
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polycarbodiimiden umfassend (i) Herstellen eines Reaktionsgemisches umfassend ein Diisocyanat und einen Katalysator, 5 und (ii) Polymerisieren des Diisocyanats zum Polycarbodiimid in einem Rührkessel durch Erhitzen des in (i) hergestellten Reaktionsgemisches auf eine Temperatur im Bereich von 20 bis 250°C bei einem Druck im Bereich von 20 bis 800 mbar, wobei das Reaktionsgemisch während des Polymerisierens mit einer Rührvorrichtung gerührt wird, 10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Rührvorgang das Reaktionsgemisch axial zur Drehachse des Rührvorgangs gefördert wird.
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for preparing polycarbodiimides, comprising the steps: (i) preparing a reaction mixture that comprises a diisocyanate and a catalyst, and (ii) polymerizing the diisocyanate to polycarbodiimide in a stirred tank by heating the reaction mixture prepared in (i) to a temperature in the range of 20 to 250°C at a pressure in the range of 20 to 800 mbar, the reaction mixture being stirred during polymerization by means of a stirrer, characterized in that stirring results in the reaction mixture being conveyed axially to the axis of rotation of stirring.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de polycarbodiimides consistant à (i) préparer un mélange réactionnel comprenant un diisocyanate et un catalyseur, et (ii) polymériser le diisocyanate en polycarbodiimide dans un ballon agité par chauffage du mélange réactionnel préparé à l'étape (i) à une température dans la plage de 20 à 250 °C sous une pression dans la plage de 20 à 800 mbar, le mélange réactionnel étant agité pendant la polymérisation avec un dispositif agitateur, caractérisé en ce que le mélange réactionnel est transporté axialement par rapport à l'axe de rotation de l'opération d'agitation grâce à l'opération d'agitation.
