Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a two-component coating composition comprising: i) a binder component comprising an isocyanate-curable binder polymer; and ii) a curing component comprising an isocyanate-functional curing agent and a color pigment having a D50 particle size in the range of from 10 to 200 nm and a D95 particle size in the range of from 30 to 300 nm, wherein the D50 and D95 particle size are measured by laser diffraction according to ISO 13320 using the Mie theory, wherein the curing component is free of any further color pigment. The invention further relates to a method for homogeneously mixing a curing component comprising an isocyanate-functional curing agent colored with nanopigments into a binder component, and to use of nanopigments for providing a marker color to a curing component comprising an isocyanate- functional curing agent.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de revêtement à deux constituants comprenant : i) un constituant liant comprenant un polymère liant durcissable par des isocyanates ; et ii) un constituant de durcissement comprenant un agent de durcissement à fonctionnalité isocyanate et un pigment coloré ayant une granulométrie D50 dans la plage de 10 à 200 nm et une granulométrie D95 dans la plage de 30 à 300 nm, les granulométries D50 et D95 étant mesurées par diffraction laser conformément à ISO 13320 par utilisation de la théorie de Mie, le constituant de durcissement étant exempt de tout autre pigment coloré. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour introduire dans un constituant liant un constituant de durcissement comprenant un agent de durcissement à fonctionnalité isocyanate coloré par des nanoparticules, par mélange jusqu'à homogénéité, et l'utilisation de nanoparticules pour conférer une couleur de marqueur à un constituant de durcissement comprenant un agent de durcissement à fonctionnalité isocyanate.
